讨论了注塑模冷却时间计算公式,分析了充模过程中模具温度变化的主要传热形式。在不同的冷却状态下,应用微机系统进行采集和处理,研究模具温度的变化,对注塑模冷却水流速的控制、冷却水孔直径大小的选择及冷却管道的排布提出了建议。
Discusses the calculation formula of cooling time of injection mold and analyzes the main heat transfer forms of mold temperature change during filling process. In different cooling conditions, the application of computer system for collection and processing, research mold temperature changes, the injection mold cooling water flow rate control, the size of the cooling water hole diameter and cooling pipe arrangement are proposed.
