目的:观察宣痹颗粒剂对AA大鼠模型Th1/Th2平衡状态的影响。方法:用完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)诱导大鼠AA模型,实验第22天末次给药后2h,摘眼球取血,分离血清,用放免法检测IL-4。用酶免法检测IFN-r。结果:与模型组比较,宣痹颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组均明显改善了AA大鼠血中IL-4降低的状态(P<0.01),均明显改善了AA大鼠血中IFN-r增高的状态(P<0.01)。结论:宣痹颗粒剂通过上调IL-4的水平,降低IFN-r的水平,使失衡的Th-1/Th2趋向平衡。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xuanqi granule on Th1/Th2 balance in AA rat model. METHODS: The AA model of rats was induced with complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA). At the 2nd day after the last administration on the 22nd day of the experiment, blood was taken from the eyeballs, serum was separated, and IL-4 was detected by radioimmunoassay. IFN-r was detected by an enzyme-free method. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the high, medium, and low doses of Xuanqi granules and the positive control group all significantly improved the state of IL-4 reduction in blood of AA rats (P<0.01), all of which significantly improved AA rats. IFN-r increased in blood (P<0.01). Conclusion: Xuanqi granules can up-regulate the level of IL-4, reduce the level of IFN-r, and balance the unbalanced Th-1/Th2.
