1台全液压振动压路机使用1年后发生不能行走故障,并在柴油机飞轮壳与行走泵连接处有液压油渗出。将行走泵从柴油机飞轮壳后部拆下,发现飞轮与行走泵连接的联轴器发生轴向窜动。联轴器窜动后将行走泵壳体磨损,造成行走泵密封件损坏。1.改进前结构改进前法兰联轴器结构如图1所,其主要由飞轮1、螺栓2与6、法兰盘3、联轴器4、行走泵5和尼龙套7等组成。飞轮1通过螺栓2将其与法兰盘3连接,法兰盘3的内花键与联轴器4的花键齿啮合,将动力传至联轴器4。联轴器4的内花键与行走泵5输入轴的花键齿啮合,将动力传至行走泵5。联轴器4与行走泵5的轴向定位通过螺栓6的紧固实现,为了防止螺栓6松动后联轴器4向左侧窜动,在该结构中设置了尼龙套7。从理论上讲,螺栓6紧固后,不会造成联轴器4的轴向窜动。但该结构多处采用花键传动,由于花键传动易于产生振动,且行走泵工作时也有冲击,故而导致螺栓6松动。前述的联4轴器轴向窜动,即为螺栓6松动引

Improve the front structure Improve the front flange coupling structure shown in Figure 1, which is mainly composed of flywheel 1, bolts 2 and 6, flange 3, coupling 4, walking pump 5 and nylon sleeve 7 and other components. The flywheel 1 is connected with the flange 3 through the bolt 2, the inner spline of the flange 3 is meshed with the spline teeth of the coupling 4, and the power is transmitted to the coupling 4. The inner spline of the coupling 4 meshes with the spline teeth of the input shaft of the traveling pump 5 and transmits the power to the traveling pump 5. The axial positioning of the coupling 4 and the traveling pump 5 is achieved by the fastening of the bolts 6. In order to prevent the coupling 4 from moving to the left after the bolts 6 are loosened, a nylon sleeve 7 is provided in the structure. Theoretically, the bolt 6 is fastened, will not cause axial movement of the coupling 4. However, the structure is splined at a plurality of locations. Since the spline transmission is prone to vibration and the traveling pump also has an impact during operation, the bolt 6 is loosened.
