本文采用苯乙烯作改性BMI树脂的活性稀释剂以降低树脂粘度,并对该树脂体系进行了DSC测试和IR光谱分析。实验表明,加入苯乙烯后,树脂体系的反应活性极大提高,固化温度降低。实验还研究了苯乙烯的用量对T700/BMI复合材料力学性能的影响,结果表明,随着苯乙烯用量的增加,T700/BMI复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及层间剪切强度逐渐增大,但苯乙烯用量超过15%(W%)时,拉伸强度呈下降趋势,而弯曲强度和层间剪切强度则继续增大,直到苯乙烯用量超过25%(W%)时,才呈下降趋势。因此,苯乙烯的用量控制在15%~25%(W%)较为合适。
In this paper, styrene as a reactive diluent for modified BMI resin to reduce the viscosity of the resin, and the resin system was DSC and IR spectroscopy. Experiments show that, after the addition of styrene, the resin system greatly increased the reactivity, curing temperature decreased. The effect of styrene content on the mechanical properties of T700 / BMI composites was also investigated. The results show that the tensile strength, flexural strength and interlaminar shear strength of T700 / BMI composites increase with the increase of styrene content However, when the amount of styrene exceeds 15% (W%), the tensile strength decreases while the flexural strength and interlaminar shear strength continue to increase until the styrene content exceeds 25% (W%). Showing a downward trend. Therefore, the amount of styrene controlled at 15% to 25% (W%) is more appropriate.
