目的 :探讨急性有机磷农药中毒血清淀粉酶 (AMY)、肌酸激酶 (CK)、及其同工酶 (CK—MB)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)、谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)动态变化与存活率的关系。方法 :对急性有机磷中毒 85例患者分别于中毒后 3h、6 h、12 h、2 4 h、4 8h、72 h、96 h、7d,采取静脉血测定 AMY、CK、CK— MB、GOT、GPT,并与 6 0名正常对照进行比较。结果 :急性有机磷农药中毒患者血清淀粉酶、肌酸激酶、及其同工酶 (CK— MB)、谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶均较正常对照组明显增高 (P<0 .0 1)。且随中毒程度的加重 ,血清酶显著增加。结论 :急性有机磷中毒 AMY、CK、CK— MB、GOT、GPT的升高幅度与病情关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes and survival rates of serum amylase (AMY), creatine kinase (CK), CK-MB, GOT and GPT in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning Relationship. Methods: Eighty-five patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning were treated with venous blood for 3h, 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h and 7d after poisoning. AMY, CK, CK- , GPT, and compared with 60 normal controls. Results: Serum amylase, creatine kinase, isoenzyme (CK-MB), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (AST) in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01). And with the aggravation of poisoning, serum enzyme increased significantly. Conclusion: The increase of AMY, CK, CK-MB, GOT and GPT in acute organophosphate poisoning is closely related to the disease.
