长期以来,相关于学生综合素质的培养与评价机制始终都是职业教育发展的核心内容。对于中职学生的成长与发展而言,科学合理的评价内容与方法势必具有重要意义。毫无疑问,传统的中职生评价机制(以“操作成绩”为代表)已经无法适应新形势下的要求,存在诸多的漏洞与不足,无法充分反映中职学生的综合素质。然而,多元评价机制的构建不仅能够科学有效的评价综合素质参差不齐的中职学生,同时还能够充分激发中职学生的潜能,促进学生的全面发展。本文首先简要阐述了构建多远评价机制的重妻意义,其实提出了科学有效的构建策略。
For a long time, the training and evaluation mechanism related to the overall quality of students has always been the core of the development of vocational education. For the growth and development of secondary vocational students, scientific and reasonable evaluation of content and methods is bound to be of great significance. There is no doubt that the evaluation mechanism of traditional secondary vocational students (represented by “operating results ”) can no longer meet the requirements of the new situation. There are many loopholes and shortcomings, which can not fully reflect the overall quality of secondary vocational students. However, the construction of multivariate evaluation mechanism not only scientifically and effectively evaluates vocational students with mixed qualities, but also can fully stimulate the potential of secondary vocational students and promote the all-round development of students. This article first briefly elaborates how to build a far-reaching evaluation mechanism of the wife’s heavy wife significance, in fact, proposed a scientific and effective construction strategy.
