由于猪的脊髓毛细血管大小、分布和AKP染色与人相似,试图用猪脊髓代替来源困难的人新鲜脊髓进行研究。猪胸髓中段灰质毛细血管,由脊髓前动脉进入前正中裂的分支分布,从中央管两侧向前外后扇形发支。脊髓灰质主干血管,沿脊髓长轴纵向排列,其侧支呈灌木丛样广泛吻合。白质毛细血管主要由软膜血管向心性发出主干及少量分支。通过测量12头猪腰髓毛细血管比容积,体会到这种方法可操作性、可重复性和精确度都比较好。使得比容积测量和计算易实施。可广泛用于大量的毛细血管比容积调查。所测猪的胸髓,灰质前角、侧角、中央灰质的毛细血管比容积间无显著性差异(P>0.05),却显著地大于后角者,灰质总平均为0.0239。前、侧、后索毛细血管比容积间无显著性差别(P>0.05),白质平均0.0042,非常显著地低于灰质者(P<0.01)。
Because of pig’s spinal cord capillary size, distribution, and AKP staining similar to humans, attempts have been made to study the replacement of fresh spinal cord of pigs with difficult-to-source human origin with porcine spinal cord. By measuring the specific volume of 12 pigs’ lumbar spinal cord capillaries, we realized that this method is feasible, reproducible and accurate. Making specific volume measurement and calculation easy to implement. Can be widely used for a large number of capillary volumetric investigation. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the capillary volume between the measured chest thoracic cavity, gray matter anterior horn, lateral horn and central gray matter, but significantly greater than the posterior horn. The average gray matter volume was 0.0239. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the specific volume of capillaries between the anterior, posterior and posterior strands. The average white matter content was 0.0042, which was significantly lower than that of the gray matter (P <0.01).
