以天津机场第二跑道工程为背景,从配制参数、材料、试验条件等角度出发,开展机场道面混凝土抗冻性能影响因素的研究。基于此,运用混凝土损伤力学理论与材料疲劳理论,将损伤力学的损伤度概念应用于混凝土冻融疲劳破坏损伤中,结合天津机场道面混凝土多年的现场工程试验数据,建立了机场道面混凝土抗冻耐久性的数学预测模型,并将其应用到道面混凝土冬季施工配合比设计中,从而降低道面的耐久性劣化风险,提高机场道面结构安全性,保障跑道使用寿命和飞机飞行安全。
Taking the second runway project of Tianjin Airport as the background, the influencing factors of frost resistance of airport pavement concrete are studied from the aspects of preparation parameters, materials and test conditions. Based on this, using the theory of damage mechanics of concrete and the theory of material fatigue, the concept of damage degree of damage mechanics is applied to the freeze-thaw fatigue damage of concrete. Combined with many years field test data of pavement concrete in Tianjin Airport, Freezing durability of the mathematical model and its application to the pavement concrete winter construction mix design, thereby reducing the durability of the pavement to reduce the risk of deterioration of the airport pavement structure to improve safety and ensure runway life and flight safety.
