通过对生产实际情况进行分析 ,说明了集约式电阻点缝焊控制系统研制的必要性。介绍了以触摸式薄膜按键、八段显示器和发光二极管指示灯构成的集约式操作显示面板优化布局设计。提出了各种组合式电阻焊循环方式 ,分别讨论了各方式的功能及适用性。本文所讨论的设计方案均已实现于KDF-4型点缝焊控制箱 ,其各项功能均在生产实践中得到了验证。
Through the analysis of the actual production situation, the necessity of developing the control system of spot resistance seam welding was demonstrated. In this paper, an optimized layout design of an intensive operation display panel consisting of touch-type thin-film keys, an eight-segment display and a light-emitting diode indicator is introduced. Proposed a variety of combined resistance welding cycle, respectively, discussed the function of each mode and applicability. The design solutions discussed in this paper have been implemented in the KDF-4 spot welding control box, and its various functions have been verified in the production practice.
