基于用户加工工艺,通过实验室对比试验,并结合产品实际使用情况,研究了冷轧无取向电工钢环保绝缘涂层的耐蚀性、耐高温性及涂层附着性的评价试验方法及指标。结果表明:1涂层耐蚀性的评价试验方法宜采用“NSST/6h,锈蚀面积小于5%;NSST/12h,锈蚀面积小于20%”;2涂层耐高温性适宜的评价试验方法为“将试样叠置于氮气保护气氛下经750℃加热保温2h,涂层无起泡、脱落、掉粉”;3对于涂层附着性,较为适宜的评价试验方法为“试样依次经0T弯曲变形、采用3M胶带粘贴弯曲变形部位并撕离和浸入5%CuSO4溶液浸泡5s,涂层均无开裂、剥落或变色”。
