产品价格既是制造销售商与用户双方利益平衡的反映,也是双方对产品性能、质量的综合认识,可以直接用于度量产品上市后给社会带来的损失.基于此观点,提出了一种分段线性质量损失模型(以下简称为价格模型).以某型号微电机的铁芯外径为例,深入探讨该模型中的重要参数对铁芯质量损失的影响,并通过与田口质量损失模型对比分析,得出价格模型比田口模型更加符合实际.该模型为产品的公差优化设计提供了条件,丰富了质量损失领域的内容.
Product price is not only a reflection of the interests of both manufacturers and sellers, but also a comprehensive understanding of both product performance and quality, which can be directly used to measure the loss to the society after the products are listed.According to this viewpoint, The linear mass loss model (hereinafter referred to as the price model) is taken as an example to discuss the influence of the important parameters of this model on the iron core mass loss by taking the core outside diameter of a certain type of micro-motor as an example. It is concluded that the price model is more realistic than the Taguchi model.This model provides the conditions for product tolerance optimization design and enriches the content of quality loss.
