现阶段,我国基层政府部门的办事机构存在诸多问题,其人力资源管理方面的问题尤为突出。由于国家政府部门的工作情况与我国人民群众的切身利益有着密不可分的联系,所以政府必须有效提高办事效率,优化管理模式,而这一切的基础都是“人”。只有做好政府人力资源调配,才能在真正意义上提高办事水平,才能真正保障人民群众的切身利益。基于此,针对我国基层政府此方面进行分析并提出对策。
At this stage, there are many problems with the offices of grass-roots government departments in our country, and the problems in human resources management are particularly prominent. Since the work done by government departments in the country is inextricably linked with the immediate interests of our people, the government must effectively improve its efficiency and optimize the management mode. All these are based on “people”. Only by doing a good job in the deployment of government human resources can we improve our work standards in the true sense and truly protect the immediate interests of the people. Based on this, the author analyzes and proposes the countermeasures for the grass-root government in our country.
