笔者近期随上海对外经济技术合作公司某项目组赴泰国曼谷工作,对当地的建筑施工技术有了点滴了解;兹阐述如下。泰国旅游业比较发达,如1983年到泰国的旅游者为219万余人,外汇收入261亿铢(合人民币37亿元)。为适应旅游业的需要,曼谷市内高级、高层旅馆、酒店林立,建筑设计别致,装修考究,设备完善。曼谷的住房并不紧缺,大都由房地产商经营,房屋连地出卖,银行贷款一部份,由私人买房,很少有租房的。
I recently went to work in Bangkok, Thailand, with a project team of the Shanghai Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation Company. I learned a bit about the local construction technology and I will elaborate here below. Tourism in Thailand is relatively developed. For example, there were 2.19 million tourists to Thailand in 1983, and foreign exchange revenue was 26.1 billion baht (3.7 billion yuan). In order to meet the needs of the tourism industry, Bangkok’s high-level, high-level hotels, hotels, architectural design unique, elegant decoration, well-equipped. Bangkok’s housing is not in short supply. Most of them are run by real estate companies, houses are sold out, and part of bank loans are bought by private individuals. There are few rental houses.
