铜铅合金轴承制造的一些问题铜铅合金是一种比较新的轴承合金,主要应用在高速柴油发动机等方面,因为这些发动机的轴承,单位面积压力很大(一般在每平方公分2O公斤以上),磨擦速度也很高(每分钟在600公尺以上),而白合金(俗称硬铅)因为耐疲性和高温强度太差(一般的锡基白合金在室温时,硬度有布氏22-26,但到10℃时,就只有布氏7—10),不能在这种情况下使用。所以随着目前工业上的需要,铜铅合金轴承的应用也就跟着拓展了。到目前,许多高压力的轴承如铁路机车轴承和某些轧钢机、工具机的轴承,也都在开始采用了。
