退火工艺对阳极铝箔组织和性能的影响

利用金相显微分析、蚀坑腐蚀等方法研究了不同退火工艺对用偏析法提纯和三层液法提纯两种不同精铝原料配比生产的高压阳极铝箔再结晶组织及表面晶粒大小、取向、形貌及分布的影响。结果表明:再结晶组织主要由立方织构组成,偏析法提纯生产的阳极箔在300℃保温1 h完成再结晶,立方织构占有率趋于最大值,三层液法提纯的阳极箔在350℃保温1 h完成再结晶,立方织构占有率达到最大值;偏析法提纯的阳极箔最佳退火工艺为300℃×1 h+510℃×10 min,三层液法提纯的阳极箔最佳退火工艺为:350℃×1 h+510℃×10 m
