For Chen Yongzheng, who took a job from Motorola’s “jumping” to Microsoft’s vice president and chief executive officer of Microsoft Greater China on September 1, 2003, the biggest gain in these two years was a twisted government procurement. At the end of last year, the “Beijing government software procurement turmoil” at the end of last year caused the Beijing Municipal Government to cancel a single government purchase order against Microsoft. However, in February this year, the Beijing Municipal Government reverted its procurement target to Microsoft China. Chen Yongzheng has always hoped to use actual actions to prove that a veteran of the veteran field veteran from Motorola can fully control the once aggressive Microsoft China company and achieve good communication with the government.
