植物二萜类化合物广泛存在于自然界中,是一类重要的天然化合物。随着一些具有重要经济价值的二萜不断被发现,其生物合成中的二萜合酶也倍受关注。二萜合酶催化活性的多样性决定了终产物(二萜化合物)的丰富性。本文重点探讨了近年来二萜生物合成途径和二萜合酶的类型、克隆、催化机制及其合成生物学应用等研究进展。
Plant diterpenoids widely exist in nature, is an important class of natural compounds. With the development of some important diterpenes with great economic value, the diterpene synthase in biosynthesis attracts much attention. The diterpene synthase catalytic activity determines the richness of the end product (diterpene compound). This article focuses on the recent research progress in the biotin biosynthesis pathway and the types, cloning and catalytic mechanisms of diterpene synthase and their applications in synthetic biology.
