真空蒸馏是高纯碲制备过程中重要的中间提纯方法,其提纯效果的优劣直接影响到产品Te的纯度.本文分析了真空蒸馏过程中Te和杂质的蒸汽压及蒸发速度差异而使两者分离的理论基础,并与实验结果相比较,存在提纯效果偏低状况.因此探讨碲真空蒸馏过程技术条件参数及杂质行为、状态对碲与杂质分离效果影响,为高纯碲制备工艺的改进提供依据
Vacuum distillation is an important intermediate purification method in the preparation of high-purity tellurium, and its purification effect directly affects the purity of the product Te. In this paper, the theoretical basis for the separation of vapor pressure and evaporation rate of Te and impurities during the vacuum distillation process is analyzed. Compared with the experimental results, the purification effect is low. Therefore, the technical parameters of the vacuum distillation process of tellurium and impurity behavior, status of tellurium and impurity separation effect, provide the basis for the improvement of high purity tellurium preparation process
