2012年,苏州首张免费的地铁报纸《城市早8点》创刊。一群新媒体的年轻人以新的技术和理念,用网络媒体的思维方式和采编视角尝试办报,逐步探索和确立了报纸的独特风格和特色。本文从地铁报创办的两个特点入手,阐述了地铁报纸不同于普通报纸的免费、定时、定点派发的新特性,介绍了地铁报纸结合其他新媒体形成新的全媒体内容生产、服务和营销平台的尝试,并通过实践提出了内容采编错位、广告经营错位、团队角色错位等“三个错位”的办报思路,对“报业网站办报”这一新课题进行了有益探索。
In 2012, Suzhou’s first free subway newspaper, “City 8 AM,” started its publication. A group of new media young people try their newspaper with new technologies and concepts, using online media thinking mode and editing perspective, and gradually explore and establish the newspaper’s unique style and characteristics. This article starts from the two characteristics of the Metro Daily, elaborates the free, regular and fixed-point new features of the Metro Newspaper different from ordinary newspapers, and introduces the metro newspaper combined with other new media to form a new all-media content production, service and marketing platform , And put forward some ideas of running newspaper, such as dislocation of content editing, dislocation of advertising, dislocation of team roles, etc., and a useful exploration of the new issue of “newspaper website” .
