目的研究唐古特雪莲Saussurea tangutica全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法和Sephadex LH-20进行反复柱色谱分离,通过理化常数和UV、IR、EI-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果从该藏药材乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(quercetin,1)、洋芹素(apigenin,2)、大波斯菊苷(cosmosin,3)、木犀草素(luteolin,4)、秋水仙碱(colchicine,5)、东莨菪素(scopolin,6)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,7)、二十三烷(tricosane,8)及三十二烷(dotriacotane,9)。结论化合物1~9系首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole Saussurea tangutica Methods The compounds were separated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical constants and UV, IR, EI-MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the Tibetan medicinal materials and identified as quercetin (1), apigenin (2), cosmosin (3), luteolin luteolin 4), colchicine 5, scopolin 6, β-sitosterol 7, tricosane 8 and docosane dotriacotane, 9). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
