介绍了作者在产品设计中,多年来采用的汽车钢板弹簧设计寿命的计算方法。并在分析对比五种载货汽车、七种大客车、五种轿车钢板弹簧设计寿命的基础上,根据多年使用和设计经验,提出并推荐了载货汽车、大客车、轿车三种汽车钢板弹簧设计寿命的选取范围。
This paper introduces the calculation method of automobile leaf spring design life that the author adopted in product design for many years. On the basis of analyzing and comparing the design life of leaf springs of five kinds of trucks, seven kinds of buses and five kinds of passenger cars, based on years of experience in use and design, three kinds of automobile leaf springs of trucks, buses and sedans are proposed and recommended Design life of the selection.
