合金系为0.8Cr19Ni23Mo7Mn5.5N的奥557焊条,具有较高的综合力学性能,良好的抗焊接裂纹性能及焊接工艺性能,是一种优良的纯奥氏体不锈钢焊条。 本文从焊芯化学成份的设计,焊条药皮组成份的确定,以及各项性能指标的测试等方面,较详细地介绍了奥557焊条的研制情况,文中重点讨论了有关合金元素,特别是氮元素的强化效果问题,并从焊缝力学性能,抗裂纹性能角度,给出了较合适的焊芯化学成份。
Alloy system is 0.8Cr19Ni23Mo7Mn5.5N Austrian 557 electrode, with high overall mechanical properties, good resistance to welding crack performance and welding process performance, is an excellent pure austenitic stainless steel electrode. In this paper, the design of welding rod 55C, the design of chemical composition of welding rod, the determination of composition of electrode coating and the testing of various performance indexes are introduced in detail in this paper. In this paper, Elements of the strengthening effect of the problem, and from the weld mechanical properties, anti-crack performance point of view, gives a more suitable core chemical composition.
