目的 :观察PLGA膜包裹的羟基磷灰石球在兔眼眶血管化的情况 ,探讨Poly (lactide co glycolideacide 75 / 2 5 ,简称PLGA)膜作为多孔羟基磷灰石球 (CHA)包裹材料的可行性。方法 :8只日本大耳兔分成 4组 ,每组 2只 ,分别对其右眼行眼球摘除术后 ,将以PLGA膜包裹的CHA植入眼眶肌锥腔内 ,分别于术后 4、8、12、2 4周将 2只球体取出作病理检查。结果 :球结膜切口均甲级愈合 ,球体周围被结缔组织包裹紧密 ,且球体植入的时间越长 ,长入球体孔隙内的纤维血管组织越多 ;PLGA膜 8周左右大部降解 ,其间未出现感染、球结膜裂开、球体脱出等并发症。结论 :PLGA膜是一种可接受的CHA包裹材料 ,可减少对异体巩膜的需求 ,消除感染传染性疾病的潜在风险。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the orbital vascularization of hydroxyapatite (PLGA) -launched hydroxyapatite balloons and to explore the feasibility of Poly (lactide co glycolideacide 75/2 5, abbreviated as PLGA) membrane as a porous hydroxyapatite (CHA) . Methods: Eight Japanese white rabbits were divided into 4 groups with 2 in each group. After enucleation of the right eye, CHA encapsulated with PLGA film was implanted into the pyramidal cavity of orbital muscle, , 12,2 4 weeks will remove the two ball for pathological examination. Results: The conjunctival incisions healed with grade A, the surrounding of the spheroids was closely packed by connective tissue, and the longer the spheroids were implanted, the more fibrous tissue grew into the pores of the spheroids. PLGA membrane was mostly degraded in 8 weeks, Infection, conjunctival rupture, spondylolisthesis and other complications. CONCLUSION: PLGA film is an acceptable CHA wrap material that reduces the need for allogeneic sclera and eliminates the potential risk of contagious disease.
