目的：临床与实验研究已证明ＩＬ－２激活的脾细胞在体外具有杀伤肿瘤细胞作用，本研究将进一步采用ＩＦＮ－α和ＩＬ－２共同激活的脾细胞，观察其体外杀瘤效应。方法：首先建立效应细胞，制备ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠脾细胞悬液，分别在ＩＬ－２及ＩＬ－２联合ＩＦＮ－α细胞因子诱 OBJECTIVE: Clinical and experimental studies have demonstrated that IL-2-activated spleen cells have the role of killing tumor cells in vitro. In this study, spleen cells co-activated with IFN-α and IL-2 will be further used to observe their cytotoxicity in vitro. METHODS: Effector cells were first established to prepare BALB/C mouse spleen cell suspensions. They were induced by IL-2 and IL-2 combined with IFN-α cytokines.
