轻度组、中度组和重度组患儿的第一秒钟用力呼气量(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)的比值(FEV1%),最大呼气流量(PEF),50%、25%肺活量最大呼气流速(V50、V25)水平随哮喘程度的加深逐渐降低,且以重度组患儿的肺功能相关数值降低最为显著,各组间相比较差异均有显著性(P <0.05 ).[结论]急性支气管哮喘患儿血清 LTB4、IL-1 7 水平明显增加,PEF、FEV1、V50、V2 5 等肺功能指数明显下降,且与患儿病情严重程度相关.“,”[Obj ective]To investigate the functional changes and clinical significance of serum leukotriene B4 (LTB4),interleukin 17 (IL-17)and pulmonary function in children with acute bronchial asthma.[Methods]Nine-ty children with acute asthma were divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group according to the se-verity of the disease.Thirty healthy children were selected as control group. The levels of serum LTB4,IL-1 7 , IgE and pulmonary function were compared among the four groups.[Results]The serum levels of IL-17,LTB4 and IgE in the mild, moderate and severe asthma groups increased gradually with the deepening of asthma,espe-cially in the severe asthma group. There were significant differences among the groups (P 0.05).The levels of each index in three groups of children with different degrees of asthma were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).The ratio of forced expiratory volume (FEV1)/forced vital capacity (FVC)in the first second (FEV1 %),maximum expiratory flow (PEF),50% and 25% vital capacity (V50,V25)of children in the mild, moderate and severe groups gradually decreased with the deepening of asthma, and the correlation value of lung function in the severe group decreased most significantly, with significant differences among the groups (P<0.05).[Conclusion]The serum levels of LTB4 and IL-17 in children with acute bronchial asthma are significant-ly increased, and the pulmonary function indexes such as PEF,FEV1%,V50% and V25% were significantly de-creased,which is related to the severity of the disease.
