科研院所的可持续发展离不开高素质的科研人才,科研队伍的高效运转离不开行政人员的专业化服务。因此,行政人员综合素质的培养成为科研院所长期发展的重要措施之一,而构建科学合理的培训体系是提高行政人员各方面素质的有效途径。笔者分析了科研院所对行政人员的培训现状,并对科研院所行政人员综合能力素质的培养提出了相应的看法与建议。
The sustainable development of scientific research institutes is inseparable from the high-quality scientific research personnel, efficient operation of scientific research team can not be separated from the professional services of administrative staff. Therefore, the cultivation of the overall quality of administrative staff has become one of the important measures for the long-term development of scientific research institutes. Building a scientific and rational training system is an effective way to improve the quality of all aspects of administrative staff. The author analyzes the status quo of research institutes on the training of administrative personnel, and puts forward corresponding views and suggestions on the training of comprehensive ability of scientific research institutes and administrative staff.
