对变质处理的白口铸铁分别采用常用的铸铁焊条Z308、焊条J507和焊丝ER308(TIG)进行焊接,并通过焊接接头金相分析、显微硬度测试等方法对比分析了其焊接性。实验结果表明:采用高鉻镍不锈钢焊丝ER308焊补铸铁焊接性最好;焊条J507在600℃预热,焊接电流90~100A时,焊接接头成型良好,硬度较高,焊接成本较低,适合白口铸铁的焊接。
The white cast irons treated by metamorphism were respectively welded by the commonly used cast iron electrode Z308, electrode J507 and welding wire ER308 (TIG). The weldability was analyzed by metallographic analysis and microhardness test. The experimental results show that ER308 cast iron with high chromium-nickel stainless steel welding wire has the best weldability. Welding rod J507 is preheated at 600 ℃ and the welding current is 90 ~ 100A. The welding joint has good forming, high hardness, low welding cost, Cast iron welding.
