女性因其不同于男性的生理结构和社会角色定位,在职场中受到特殊保护,尤其是对处于“三期”(孕期、产期和哺乳期)的职场女性。具体到女性“三期”的每一个阶段,根据其对应的特征,都有着细致的保护规定,但难免也有不周全之处,比方说孕期因妊娠反应强烈可否向单位请假?现有规定似乎不甚明确。——栏目主持:潘荷花
