为研究热拌及温拌沥青混合料降温特性,采用车辙板试件进行试验,分别在110℃和130℃初始温度条件下,测试热拌沥青混合料、“路博”温拌沥青混合料和“Sasobit”温拌沥青混合料的降温特性,试验结果表明:混合料初始温度越高,降温速率越快,初始温度为110℃和130℃的车辙板经25min后温度接近,分别为66℃和68℃;不同类型混合料降温速率不同,当初始温度为110℃时,热拌混合料降温最快,“Sasobit”温拌沥青混合料降温速率居中,“路博”温拌混合料降温速率最小,经35min后,3种沥青混合料的温度损失分别为53℃、51℃和49℃。
In order to study the cooling characteristics of hot mix and warm mix asphalt mixtures, the test was carried out by using rutting plate samples. The hot mix asphalt mixture, the “Lubo” warm mix asphalt mixture were tested under the initial temperature of 110 ℃ and 130 ℃ respectively The results show that the higher the initial temperature of the mixture is, the faster the cooling rate is. The temperature of the rutted plates with the initial temperature of 110 ℃ and 130 ℃ approaches the temperature of 25 ℃ 66 ℃ and 68 ℃. The cooling rates of different types of mixtures were different. When the initial temperature was 110 ℃, the hot mix decreased most rapidly. The cooling rate of “Sasobit” warm mix asphalt was the highest, The temperature mixing rate of the warm mix was the lowest. After 35 minutes, the temperature loss of the three kinds of mix was 53 ℃, 51 ℃ and 49 ℃ respectively.
