仰卧位低血压综合征(SHS)在剖宫产手术中时有发生.本文就我院38例择期剖宫产并发 SHS 与24例急诊剖宫产并发 SHS 对比,并分析探讨其原因.临床资料1978年1月至1989年12月,我院在连续硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产术319例,共发生 SHS62例,占19.43%.319例中,择期剖宫产104例,发生 SHS 38例(36.54%),急诊剖宫产215例,发生 SIIS 24例(占11.6%),经统计学处理,X~2=27.23,P<0.001,具有高度显著性差异.本组病例麻醉均选择 T_(12)～L_1或 L_1～L_2 棘间隙行连续硬膜外麻醉,用1%利多卡因、0.2%地卡因混合剂,首次剂量6～12ml.本组病例均无明显妊娠中,晚期仰卧位不适病史.SHS 均发生于硬膜外麻醉后3～8分钟内,麻醉
