以废旧高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和沙柳木粉为原料,采用模压法制备了废旧HDPE/沙柳木粉木塑复合材料(WPC),随后考察了沙柳木粉、硅烷偶联剂KH550和3种抗氧剂(1010、1076和B215)的添加对该WPC热氧老化性能和燃烧性能的影响。结果表明:该WPC的抗热氧老化性能和阻燃性能优于废旧HDPE,并且随着木粉用量增加,WPC的抗热氧老化性能显著增强,阻燃性能小幅提升。硅烷偶联剂KH550的引入使WPC的抗热氧老化性能降低,而当KH550用量达到5份时,WPC的阻燃性能略有增强。抗氧剂1010的引入使WPC的抗热氧老化性能显著增强,阻燃性能则略有下降。分别添加了上述3种抗氧剂的WPC中,添加1010的WPC,其抗热氧老化性能和阻燃性能最佳,添加B215的WPC次之,添加1076的WPC最差。
Waste HDPE / Salix matsutake WPC was prepared by using waste HDPE and salix powder. The effects of salix mahogany powder, silane coupling agent KH550 and three kinds of anti- Effect of Oxygen Agents (1010, 1076 and B215) on Thermal Oxidation Aging and Combustion Properties of WPC. The results showed that the thermal aging resistance and flame retardancy of WPC were better than that of waste HDPE. With the increase of the amount of wood flour, the thermal aging resistance of WPC was significantly enhanced and the flame retardancy was slightly increased. The introduction of silane coupling agent KH550 lowers the thermal aging resistance of WPC. When the amount of KH550 is 5 parts, the flame retardancy of WPC is slightly enhanced. Antioxidant 1010 introduced WPC thermal oxidation resistance significantly improved aging performance, the flame retardant properties decreased slightly. In the WPCs with the above three antioxidants added, WPC with 1010 added showed the best thermal aging resistance and flame retardancy, followed by WPC with B215 and WPC with 1076 added.
