用活化小鼠脾细胞法观察灵芝多糖BN_2A,BN_3B,和BN_3C对体外培养小鼠脾细胞IL-2产生的影响,发现BN_3A(0.05,0.1,0.5和1μg·ml~(-1)),BN_3B(0.05和0.1μg·ml~(-1))及BN_3C(0.05,0.5和1μg·ml~(-1))均显著增加正常小鼠脾细胞IL-2的产生;老年小鼠脾细胞IL-2产生明显低于年轻对照组,BN_3A(0.001,0.01,0.1和1μg·ml~(-1)),BN_3B(0.005,0,5和5μg·ml~(-1))及BN_3C(0.005,0.05和5μg·ml~(-1))可恢复小鼠脾细胞产生IL-2的能力;BN_3A(0.01,0 .和10 μg·ml~(-1)),BN_3B(0.05μg·ml~(-1))及BN_3C(0.·ml~(-1))可部分拮抗氢化可的松抑制小鼠脾细胞产IL-2的效应;BN_3A(0.01,0.1,1和10μg·ml~(-1)),BN_3B(0.05,0.5和 5μg·ml~(-1))及BN_3C(5 μg·ml~(-1))亦分对抗环孢素A对小鼠脾细胞IL-2产生的抑制效应。
