用杀雄剂2号在造胞细胞阶段、花粉母细胞减数分裂期和单核期处理波利马细胞质不育系油菜L17A。结果表明,以0.0075%和0.01%的杀雄剂在花粉母细胞减数分裂期和单核期处理,初花期无花粉型不育株的比例和天然异交率明显提高,自交结实率、结果率、单株粒数和单株有效果数显著降低,但对制种产量无明显影响。说明杀雄剂2号能在花粉母细胞减数分裂期和单核期阻断微量花粉的正常发育,减少甚至消除微量花粉。
Maleicide cytoplasm male sterile line R17A was treated with Kaohsiung No.2 at the stage of cell culture, pollen mother cell meiosis and mononuclear stage. The results showed that the percentage of non-pollen-type sterile plants and the natural rate of outgrowth at the first flowering stage were significantly increased at the meiotic and mononuclear stages of 0.0075% and 0.01% Seed yield rate, the result rate, the number of grains per plant and the effective number of plants significantly decreased, but no significant effect on seed production. It indicated that Kao-Xiong 2 could block the normal development of micro-pollen in meiosis and monocyte stage of pollen mother cells and reduce or even eliminate the micro-pollen.
