卵巢癌是妇科肿瘤里死亡率最高的疾病,许多患者一旦确诊已是晚期。卵巢癌的发病与基因遗传、生育状况、排卵次数、盆腔炎症、肥胖等有关。全球范围内卵巢癌的发生有逐渐升高的趋势,若可通过指导饮食做到对卵巢癌的一级预防,则会大有裨益。近年来涌现出许多临床试验和基础研究,探索了饮食结构和食物种类对卵巢癌发病和发病后复发、生存情况的影响,本文就此方面的进展予以简要综述。
Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality rate in gynecological tumors, many patients once diagnosed is advanced. The incidence of ovarian cancer and genetic, fertility, ovulation frequency, pelvic inflammatory disease, obesity and so on. The occurrence of ovarian cancer in the world has a gradual upward trend, if the primary prevention of ovarian cancer can be done by guiding the diet, it will be of great benefit. In recent years, many clinical trials and basic research have emerged, and the effects of dietary structure and food types on the incidence and recurrence of ovarian cancer have been explored. The progress in this aspect is briefly reviewed.
