本文涉及一种基于嵌入式处理器TI DSP TMS320C6455的分布式纸病检测系统及方法,可应用于工业高速的运动纸幅的黑斑、孔洞、褶皱、刮痕等常见纸病高速在线检测。它采用并排的多路工业线阵CCD相机采集运动纸幅图像数据,图像数据经Camera Link线缆传送到TI TMS320C6455+Altera EP3C40F484C8的嵌入式纸病检测处理器。其中,先利用Altera FPGA对图像进行采集、预处理,再利用C6455 DSP检测图像中存在的纸病的类型、面积、位置等数据。检测结果及对应的纸病图像通过VGA RS232数据线传送至显示器,同时通过千兆网接口把检测结果及纸病图像通过IMAQ客户端更新显示,并将其保存到后台数据库中。该系统开发环境为CCS3.3,简单美观,并且具有构建成本低、速度提升空间大、易于实现分布式检测优点。
This paper relates to a distributed system of paper disease detection based on embedded processor TI DSP TMS320C6455. It can be applied to high speed on-line detection of common paper diseases such as dark spots, holes, folds and scratches on industrial high speed moving paper webs. It uses side-by-side multi-line industrial linear CCD camera to capture the movement of the paper image data, the image data via Camera Link cable to the TI TMS320C6455 + Altera EP3C40F484C8 embedded paper detection processor. Among them, the first use of Altera FPGA image acquisition, pretreatment, and then use the C6455 DSP image detection paper exists in the type, size, location and other data. Test results and the corresponding paper images transmitted through the VGA RS232 data cable to the monitor, and through the Gigabit Ethernet interface test results and paper images updated by the IMAQ client display and save it to the background database. The system development environment for CCS3.3, simple and beautiful, and has the advantages of low cost, speed up space, easy to achieve distributed detection.
