随着异位妊娠的早期诊断技术的提高，近年来发展了保守的药物治疗，主要有MTX（氨甲喋吟）、DCI（氯化钾）、前列腺素及天花粉等。但都有不同程度的副反应及过敏反应且多需局部注射，技术要求高。我们于1995年6月～1997年11月收治了62例稳定型异位妊娠患者采用米非司酮药物治疗
