构建应用文课程民主化课堂,提升学生学习质量,改善教学现状,关注点应该放在学生的现实需求上,充分了解学生到底想学什么,他们的学习兴趣点在什么地方,可以接受什么样的教学模式。在教学实践中,教师以上好课为主要目标,在备课和讲课中实则忽略了学生的学习兴趣,课堂教学效果不理想。学生以上好课为主要目标,在学习和听课中实则忽略了与教师的充分沟通。让学生参与到课程建设中,充分表达学习需求,构建应用文民主化课堂,改善教学效果。
