在炼制含硫原油时,流化催化裂化装置(FCC)中,分馏和吸收稳定区设备的腐蚀问题,一直是一个有待解决的问题。选择既经济又合理的材料,是设计者多年来寻求的目标。有的炼厂为解决吸收解析塔的用材,曾试用过诸如上102、不锈复合钢板和1Cr18Ni9Ti等多种材料。也有采用碳钢板加焊后热处理的。但究竟选用何种材料为好,为什么会发生诸如鼓包、点蚀之类的破坏,一直没有得到令人满意的答案。本文参照国外有关资料,就我国分馏和吸收稳定区的选材问题作如下探讨。
In the refining of sulfur-containing crude oil, fluidized catalytic cracking unit (FCC), fractionation and absorption stability of the corrosion of equipment, has been a problem to be solved. Choosing materials that are both economical and reasonable is the goal designers seek for years. Some refineries to resolve the absorption tower material, have tried such as the 102, stainless steel composite plate and 1Cr18Ni9Ti and other materials. There are also carbon steel welding heat treatment. However, what kind of material should be chosen as well? Why has such destruction as bulging, pitting, etc. fail to be satisfactorily answered? This article refers to the relevant foreign information, on the selection of China’s Fractionation and Absorption Stabilization Area for the following discussion.
