目的 :研究各种促渗剂对粉防己碱透皮吸收的影响。方法 :采用改良的Franz扩散池,以20%乙醇为接收介质,以小鼠离体腹部皮肤为透皮屏障,计算不同浓度单元促透剂和不同组合促透剂作用下粉防己碱的累积渗透量Q及相关参数。结果 :不同促渗剂对粉防己碱都有不同程度的促渗作用。结论 :50%的乙醇促渗效果最好,为粉防己碱透皮吸收制剂处方的优化提供依据。
Objective: To study the effect of various penetration enhancers on percutaneous absorption of tetrandrine. Methods: The modified Franz diffusion cell was used as the receiving medium with 20% ethanol as the receiving medium. The transdermal skin of mice was used as the transdermal barrier to calculate the cumulative penetration of tetrandrine by different concentrations of permeation enhancers and different combinations of permeation enhancers Q and related parameters. Results: Different penetration enhancers have different effects on permeation of tetrandrine. CONCLUSION: 50% ethanol has the best effect on promoting the permeation of Rhizoma Corydalis.
