随着经济的全球化和信息时代的到来,中国融入世界的步伐不断提速,企业必须提高自己的竞争能力和适应能力。潞安党委绩效管理作为提高企业竞争力的有效手段,对企业的发展产生了深刻的影响。面对未来的发展,如何进一步深层次、高绩效地推进绩效管理体系,仍有许多问题需要正确对待。本文针对在实施绩效管理的过程中,存在的较普遍的问题进行了探讨与分析。
With the globalization of the economy and the advent of the information age, the pace of China’s integration into the world continues to increase. Enterprises must improve their own competitiveness and adaptability. As an effective means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the performance management of Panan Party Committee has exerted a profound influence on the development of the company. In the face of future development, there are still many issues that need to be dealt with correctly in order to further advance the performance management system in a deep and high-performing manner. This article discusses and analyzes the more common problems in the process of implementing performance management.
