在太平哨水电站大坝施工的初期,由于门机没有到货,利用 WK—4型挖掘机改装成10吨履带式起重机,吊运3米~3混凝土罐入仓,完成了一、二期工程中坝基混凝土的浇筑任务。在三期工程中,则改用门机—栈桥吊运混凝土罐入仓的办法,进行坝体混凝土浇筑。为此,在坝的下游侧设置了一座连通两岸的施工栈桥,全桥长315米,共有21跨,每跨15米。在桥上设有三台吉林水工厂生产的10/30吨门座式起重机(简称门机)。
