作者研究了有机磷酸双酯(DPR)口腔粘接剂,用抗张粘接试验方法考察了它的粘接性能。结果表明:1.DPR口腔粘接剂能成倍提高其与人牙釉质和人牙本质的抗张粘接强度,对牙科用合金及自凝塑料也具有较强的粘接力,是一种用途广泛的新型口腔粘接剂,也是一种有发展潜力的骨修复材料。2.牙面蚀刻剂能明显提高抗张粘接强度,37%磷酸蚀刻剂适用于牙釉质,DT-Ⅰ牙面蚀刻剂适用于牙本质,DT-Ⅱ牙面蚀刻剂适用于牙釉质和牙本质。
The author studied the organic phosphate diester (DPR) oral adhesive, using tensile testing method to examine its adhesive properties. The result shows: 1. DPR oral adhesive can exponentially increase its tensile bond strength with human enamel and human dentin, and also has strong adhesive force to dental alloy and self-curing plastic. It is a new oral cavity with wide application Adhesives, but also a promising bone repair materials. 2. Tooth surface etchant can significantly improve tensile strength, 37% phosphoric acid etchant for enamel, DT-I tooth surface etchant for dentin, and DT-II tooth surface etchant for enamel and dentin.
