目的了解教学医院护理人员科研能力及需求。方法选择教学医院362名临床护理人员进行问卷调查,内容包括一般资料、参与科研、撰写论文及科研知识需求情况。结果临床护士的科研意识较淡漠,不同学历、不同职称、是否带教、不同编制组比较差异均有统计学意义,高学历、高职称、正式在编护士、临床带教护士科研能力相对较强。护士对科研选题、文献检索、论文书写、统计学分析方面知识需求较高。结论采取有针对性的措施进一步强化护士的科研意识,提高临床护士的科研能力。“,”Objective To understand the scientific research ability and needs of teaching hospital nursing staf . Methods To make the questionnaire survey to 362 clinical nursing staf including their general information, and their situation on participation in scientific research, paper writing and research knowledge demand. Results The scientific research consciousness of clinical nurse is indif erence. There is statistic significance in dif erent degrees, job titles, teaching or not, and comparative dif erences in dif erent groups. Scientific research ability is relatively strong in the group of staf with highly educated, high title, of icial y enrol ed nurse and clinical nurse.The nurse requires more on scientific research topic selection, document retrieval, thesis writing, statistic analysis knowledge. Conclusion Take targeted measures to further strengthen scientific research consciousness of nurses, and improve the scientific research ability of clinical nurses.
