重型工业厂房箱形吊车梁上翼缘焊缝区域疲劳研究

实践中发现工字形钢吊车梁上翼缘容易出现疲劳裂缝,由此国内外部分专家建议使用焊接双腹板的箱形吊车梁,然而最近几年发现,焊接双腹板的箱形吊车梁上翼缘与腹板连接焊缝也易出现疲劳裂缝。基于某厂房箱形吊车梁现场测试检验结果,对箱形吊车梁上翼缘与腹板连接处的疲劳问题进行了应力状态分析,指出箱形钢吊车梁“颈部效应”的疲劳机理,并提出了实用的加固方案。 In practice, it is found that the flange on the I-shaped steel crane girder is prone to fatigue cracks. Therefore, some experts at home and abroad propose to use the box girder girder welded with double webs. However, it has been found in recent years that the flanges and belly of the box- Welded plate joints are also prone to fatigue cracks. Based on the field test results of a box girder bridge in a factory, the stress state analysis of the fatigue between the flange of the box girder and the web is carried out. The fatigue mechanism of the box girder bridge is pointed out. Put forward a practical reinforcement program.
