球孢白僵菌(B.bassiana)是国内外广泛用于害虫生物防治的杀虫真菌之一,被认为是最具开发潜力的一种昆虫病原真菌.该研究以玉米为材料开展球孢白僵菌在玉米叶片中的定殖研究,结果表明,其在叶片定殖率随设定的孢子浓度增大而增大,在设定孢子浓度为1×107时,第二次灌根两周后检测叶片中有最高定殖率为16%,最高生长速率0.403 cm/d,玉米抗虫的抗性级别也由感病提高到抗病或中抗,但这种提高只在孢子浓度为104到107范围内增长较大,超过107这个浓度后,球孢白僵菌在玉米中的定殖率及对玉米的促生和抗虫性的提高不明显.本研究结果表明,球孢白僵菌同其他生防菌相比,具有以抗虫为主,兼有促生,绿色环保的优势,这为多渠道开发利用球孢白僵菌提供了新的科学数据.
