创新型企业文化的成功构建对于企业观念、制度、产品创新等方面有着极大促进作用,同时也对企业能否在激烈竞争中占据有利位置有着极为重要的意义。随着大数据时代和互联网+的发展和激励,目前我国许多民营高科技企业在自主创新文化构建上都开展了不同程度的探究,然而很多企业取得的成效并不显著。如何快速、有效构建创新型文化是民营高科技企业发展迫切需要解决的关键问题。总结出31条构建创新型企业文化的影响因素,将F公司作为实例,开展问卷调查,采用spss22.0对调查结果进行数据分析发现,组织的灵活性和敏感性、员工自治程度、企业持续发展、激励制度、鼓励冒险精神、行为模式、领导重视等是民营高科技企业构建创新型企业文化的重要因素。据此,提出民营高科技企业创新型企业文化应从制度、员工、管理等方面构建的建议。
The successful construction of innovative corporate culture has a great role in promoting corporate concepts, systems and product innovation. It is also of great significance to whether enterprises can occupy a favorable position in fierce competition. With the development and encouragement of the big data era and the Internet +, many private high-tech enterprises in our country have conducted various degrees of exploration on the construction of independent innovation culture. However, the achievements made by many enterprises are not significant. How to construct an innovative culture quickly and effectively is a key issue urgently needed to be solved in the development of private high-tech enterprises. Summed up the 31 factors influencing the construction of innovative corporate culture, F company as an example, to carry out a questionnaire survey using spss22.0 data analysis of the survey found that organizational flexibility and sensitivity, employee autonomy, sustainable development of enterprises , Incentive system, encouraging adventurous spirit, behavioral mode, and leadership emphasis are all important factors for private high-tech enterprises to build an innovative corporate culture. Based on this, we put forward suggestions that the innovative corporate culture of private high-tech enterprises should be constructed from the aspects of system, staff and management.
