本文以我国31个省级档案馆(局)网站(港、澳、台除外)为对象,对访问量、对话渠道、版块分布及资源可用性等层面进行互动功能的实证调查,发现大部分档案网站在布局方式、互动模式和运作状态等方面存在较大问题。为提升其互动性,笔者提出了序化互动栏目设置、优化互动功能配置、简化互动操作程序及细化网站服务管理的策略。
In this paper, 31 provincial-level archives (bureaus) websites (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) are taken as an example to conduct an empirical investigation on the interactive functions of the interview volume, the channel of dialogue, the distribution of the forums and the availability of resources. Most archives websites In the layout, interactive mode and operational status there is a big problem. In order to enhance its interaction, the author put forward the strategy of sequencing interactive column settings, optimizing the configuration of interactive functions, simplifying interactive operation procedures and refining website service management.
