我院近三年来共施行新生儿剖腹手术21例，麻醉经过顺利，现报告如下。1临床资料1．1本组共21例，男15例，女6例。年龄4h～30d。体重2．5～4.5kg。手术时间30～220min。疾病种类为先天性肠道畸形所致的肠梗阻12例，其余为先天性肛门闭锁或先天性肛门闭锁并直肠或会阴发育不良等?
