A study of selected physical and nutritional parameters on the growth of Trametes robiniophila Murr. revealed that the optimal temperature and pH values for mycelial growth were 25 ℃ and pH 6.0, respectively and that sucrose and yeast extract were the most effective carbon and nitrogen sources, respectively.
