采用超声波法提取红松树皮多酚,对大孔树脂AB-8进行纯化,半制备液相色谱技术进行二级纯化,最后利用高效液相色谱技术对纯化的红松树皮多酚成分进行分析。鉴定出六种多酚化合物,主要为酚酸类和黄酮类化合物,分别为水杨酸、咖啡酸、香草酸、香豆酸、儿茶素和黄芩苷,多酚含量分别为(117.7±3.1)、(54.2±3.2)、(101.3±2.8)、(321.4±1.0)、(25.3±1.9)、(8.05±1.2)mg/100g,相关系数R2均大于0.99。前期研究表明,红松树皮多酚可以有效地清除自由基,具有抗癌、抗辐射、抗疲劳等抗氧化生物活性,主要和其中的多酚组成有密切关系,为红松多酚进一步研究提供科学依据。
The polyphenols of Korean pine bark were extracted by ultrasonic method. The macroporous resin AB-8 was purified and semi-preparative liquid chromatography was used for the second-level purification. Finally, the polyphenols of the purified Korean pine bark were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. Six polyphenolic compounds were identified, mainly phenolic acids and flavonoids, which were salicylic acid, caffeic acid, vanillic acid, coumaric acid, catechin and baicalin respectively. The contents of polyphenols were (117.7 ± 3.1 ), (54.2 ± 3.2), (101.3 ± 2.8), (321.4 ± 1.0), (25.3 ± 1.9) and (8.05 ± 1.2) mg / 100g, respectively. Preliminary studies have shown that pine bark polyphenols can effectively scavenge free radicals, with anti-cancer, anti-radiation, anti-fatigue and other antioxidant biological activity, which is mainly related to the composition of polyphenols are closely related to further research for the red pine polyphenols provided Scientific basis.
